Velcro closure at the neck and chest using 2 inch velcro for security.Completely lined and double needle topstiched. All of my "D" ring attachments are reinforced and triple stitched to prevent wear after repeated use and to ensure security. All ribbon bows are treated to prevent freying. Gorgeous!
